Role Overview:
Drive user acquisition and engagement through creative, data-driven strategies. Design experiments, optimize conversion funnels, and collaborate across teams to scale our AI and UCaaS platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
• Strategic Initiatives: Develop and execute digital growth strategies and identify high-impact experiments with clear KPIs.
• Experimentation & Analytics: Design and run A/B/multivariate tests; use Google Analytics, Mixpanel, etc., to track performance and inform strategy.
• Funnel Optimization: Identify drop-off points; collaborate with product and design teams to improve landing pages and onboarding flows.
• Digital Marketing: Manage SEO, SEM, email, and social media campaigns; create content that resonates with target audiences.
• Collaboration & Tools: Work with engineering, product, and marketing teams; leverage CRM and automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).
• Reporting: Prepare regular reports on growth metrics and ROI, using data insights to pivot strategies.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience in growth hacking/digital marketing in SaaS, tech, or AI environments.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics and Mixpanel.
• Demonstrated success in executing growth experiments with measurable results.
• Deep knowledge of SEO, SEM, email, social media, and content marketing.
• Proficiency with marketing automation and CRM systems.
• Creative, analytical, and results-oriented; excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile startup environment.
