Role Overview:
As our SaaS Design Lead, you will craft intuitive, engaging, and visually compelling digital experiences for our AI and UCaaS products. You’ll work with product managers, engineers, and marketing teams to shape our brand’s visual identity and user interface across web and mobile platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement a design strategy that aligns with Yobi’s vision; create user-centered designs ensuring consistency across digital touchpoints.
• User Interface & Experience: Design intuitive interfaces for web and mobile; conduct user research and usability testing to inform iterative improvements.
• Visual & Interaction Design: Produce high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and design specs using tools like Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD; collaborate with developers for accurate implementation.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Translate business requirements into compelling design solutions by working closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams; participate in agile sprints and design reviews.
• Brand Development & Innovation: Enhance Yobi’s visual identity, develop style guides and UI libraries, and stay updated on design trends and best practices.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic/Interaction Design or related field.
• Proven experience as a UI/UX/Product Designer in SaaS, tech, or digital media environments with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in design/prototyping tools (Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Deep understanding of user-centered design, information architecture, and interaction design.
• Excellent communication skills to present and explain design decisions.
• Experience in agile environments and cross-functional collaboration.
• Knowledge of responsive design, accessibility standards, and emerging design trends.
