Role Overview:

As the Social Media Manager at Yobi, you will craft and execute digital strategies that build our online brand presence, engage our community, and drive product awareness. You’ll collaborate with marketing, product, and design teams to develop compelling content and campaigns that highlight Yobi’s innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategy Development: Develop and implement a social media strategy aligned with Yobi’s brand and marketing goals. Identify target audiences to drive engagement and lead generation.

• Content Creation & Management: Create, curate, and manage high-quality content across platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, etc.). Collaborate with teams to produce multimedia content, including graphics, videos, and blog posts.

• Community Engagement: Build and nurture an online community by interacting with followers, responding to comments, and fostering discussions. Monitor social conversations and trends to refine strategies.

• Campaign Execution & Analytics: Plan and execute social media campaigns, including paid initiatives, to promote products, events, and updates. Track performance metrics and prepare regular reports to measure success.

• Brand Monitoring: Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to maintain an innovative online presence and manage Yobi’s reputation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably in tech, SaaS, or AI.

• Strong understanding of social media platforms and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Google Analytics).

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a flair for creative storytelling.

• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

• Experience with content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) is a plus.
