Role Overview:

As an AI Engineer at Yobi, you’ll design, develop, and deploy innovative AI solutions for our intelligent communication platform. You will work with cross-functional teams to turn research into production-ready systems that enhance user experience and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and fine-tune machine learning models and algorithms using frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.

· Build and maintain robust data pipelines and perform feature engineering for high-quality training data.

· Convert research prototypes into scalable production systems while optimizing for speed and efficiency.

· Collaborate with full stack and DevOps teams for seamless deployment, monitoring, and integration.

· Maintain comprehensive documentation of development processes and ensure adherence to industry standards.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field. Experience in startup or fast-paced environments.

· Proven experience in AI/ML development, supported by a strong project portfolio or published research.

· Proficiency with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and strong Python programming skills.

· Experience with data pipeline design and cloud deployment (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

· Solid understanding of algorithms, statistical modeling, and deep learning architectures.

· Excellent problem-solving abilities, communication skills, and a collaborative mindset.
