Role Overview:
As a Product Analyst at Yobi, you will shape product strategy by leveraging data insights to optimize performance and identify growth opportunities. Collaborate with product managers, engineering teams, and stakeholders to analyze user behavior, track KPIs, and recommend actionable improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
· Data Analysis & Reporting: Gather, clean, and analyze data to identify trends and patterns. Develop dashboards and reports to monitor product metrics.
· Market & Competitive Research: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support product strategy and innovation.
· Product Performance Evaluation: Design and execute A/B tests and experiments to optimize features and enhance user experience.
· Strategic Recommendations: Translate complex data into actionable insights for product enhancements.
· Stakeholder Communication: Prepare and present reports and recommendations to executives and team members.
· Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve data collection methods, analysis techniques, and reporting tools.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
· Proven experience as a Product Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role in tech, AI, or communications.
· Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
· Experience with statistical analysis and A/B testing methodologies.
· Proficiency in Python or R is a plus.
· Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex data clearly.
· Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
· Ability to thrive in cross-functional teams within a dynamic startup environment.
