Role Overview:
As the Product/Engineering Manager at Yobi, you will bridge product vision and engineering execution. You’ll lead cross-functional teams to design, develop, and launch innovative AI-powered communication solutions while ensuring operational excellence and strategic alignment with our business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
· Strategic Leadership: Define product vision and translate business objectives into actionable engineering roadmaps.
· Team Management: Mentor and inspire product and engineering teams, overseeing agile processes and day-to-day operations.
· Product Development: Manage the full product lifecycle—from ideation and design to development, testing, and launch—ensuring scalable and secure solutions.
· Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with AI engineers, UX/UI designers, marketing, and sales to prioritize features and deliver a seamless product experience.
· Operational Excellence: Monitor project progress, manage budgets, and implement best practices for continuous improvement.
· Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the liaison between teams and executive leadership, reporting on progress, risks, and opportunities.
Requirements:
· Proven experience in product management and/or engineering leadership, preferably in AI, tech, or communications.
· Strong technical background with familiarity in AI platforms, UCaaS, and modern software development practices.
· Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
· Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools.
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative startup environment.
