QA Manager

Job Summary:
The Quality Assurance Manager is responsible for ensuring the quality of Yobi’s products. This includes developing and executing test plans, identifying and reporting defects, and working with developers to fix defects. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in QA, with a strong understanding of mobile and desktop applications. They will also be willing to learn and adopt new technologies, such as QA automation.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the QA team, ensuring they have the necessary resources and training.
- Develop and implement a QA strategy that aligns with the company's objectives.
- Continuously evaluate and improve QA processes and methodologies.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure product quality.
- Manage the QA budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively.
- Hire and onboard new QA team members.
- Ensure the QA team is up-to-date with the latest testing tools and methodologies.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on QA activities and product quality.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Proficient in the English language with excellent written and verbal communication skills, as English is the primary language for internal and external communications.

- Experience with QA automation tools, such as Selenium, Appium, or Robot Framework
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines
