Let’s explore some basics surrounding the Yobi app. The Top Bar On the web, the top bar displays a dialer where you can make, receive, and manage calls. There is also a button for quick-access to messages. The help icon ( ?) which gives you direct access to Yobi Support Line. A dedicated support team will answer your questions and take note of any requests or suggestions. To log out from your account on web,click on your profile on top right corner of the screen.
- The sidebar includes your Messages panel, past communications ‘History, Contacts, Tasks, Team messages and Settings.
- The Settings Menu includes 5 subsections:
- Your Profile – here, you can verify your email, change your password and see your status as either admin or user.
- Manage Users – If your status is “admin” you can add users by sending users invites.You can also delete users.These users are what forms your team within the same account
- Channels – The list of channels Yobi can be linked to is presented under this subsection, where you can choose to link your accounts in these channels to your Yobi number and start receiving and responding to your business conversations from Yobi.
- Integrations – Integrations like Shopify, Zoom, Calendly ,Slack ,Zoom, Zapier, HubSpot and Pipedrive can be integrated with your account allowing your business’s conversations with customers from these platforms to be handled in a centralized way from Yobi.
- Import Contacts – You can import all your contacts from Gmail and Outlook and have them on your Yobi account’s lists of contacts.

Introducing Yobi to Your Team
Unlike much other software available on the market, Yobi does not require much time to be learned and handled by your team members. Thanks to the short videos and walkthroughs we provided you with, every team member will start using the app efficiently in no time.
There are 2 different types of users on Yobi, “admins” and “users”. Through the ” Manage Users” portal, only admins can add or remove team members. They also can install, connect or disconnect channels and integrations. Importing contacts to Yobi number as well as the above-listed actions are exclusively in their capacity of “Admins”
We recommend that the team goes through Yobi together. Exploring the app’s features as a whole team would bring about questions that eventually allow better understanding and handling on their part. In case, there is still a need for more assistance, Yobi Support will be more than happy to help.
Any business with a Yobi phone number can easily add any new recruits or members.Follow the steps bellow:
To add a team member:
- Go to Settings on the left hand side bar.
- Go to Manage Users.
- Add in the new team member’s email, phone number and a temporary password.
- Choose the role to assign them.
- Save your changes.Send them an invitation over email by going to their name,hitting Actions-send invitation-email
Pricing and Plans
Yobi Plans and Features
Different Yobi plans come with different features within each.
On a free plan, you are on a trial period of 7 days where you can have a Yobi phone number to call and text. You can connect your business Facebook Messenger to receive and respond to messages. The number of messages you can send by day is roofed at 50 msg/ 24 hrs.
Once the free trial is over, you are invited to upgrade it to one of the following plans depending on what’s most convenient to your business.
$10 a month per user for the monthly plan
$7.47 a month per user for the annual plan
With this plan come unlimited* Facebook messaging, unlimited texting, and unlimited calls.
$25 a month per user for the monthly plan
$19.84 a month per user for the annual plan
Call recordings, advanced team management, and call tracking are features available for all.
The enterprise plan depends on your business’s requirements; its pricing can be discussed with our Sales team. There is also the possibility to deliver customized features to your business after submitting the request and having it studied by our technical team.

Benefits of Yobi on a Paid Plan
Yobi offers a free trial so you can experience all the benefits of Yobi with full access. However, after that trial is up, you go back to the basic plan that only offers a free phone number and Facebook messaging. Being able to call and keep those calls recorded helps your business in so many ways just as having text messages helps greatly as well.

Message Limits on a Free Version of Yobi
Yobi starts as a free 7 days trial, in this trial, you have access to all of Yobi’s features. However, after that trial has ended, you can either stick to the free version of Yobi or pay for one of our other options.
If you do decide to keep to the free version, your business will be able to access up to 10k Facebook messages. Once that limit is reached, past messages will start to become unavailable to make up for the new messages coming in.
The free version that Yobi offers does not come with text messaging but you do have access to website chat.
